I guess which version of the game you are asking? If so, ZLO is the answer.
And you will get kicked if you are playing on a PB-enabled server.

Start the Game on a Non Punkbuster Server. If the Game has load, Tab to your Desktop. Open the Exe. Than activate all four Boxes. Now go Tab back to your Game. And You'll see it work's !
