No... All standard GP snipers besides dragunov use the same scope design. Accuracy can't be changed just by visuals.
so i was thinking, the l9 accuracy sucks, the m24 is accurate as heck
so is it possible to chnage the m24 scope to be the l9's scope so it is more accurat?

s'not the scope
its the attributes. which (correct me if im wrong)
this has already been done -_-
use the search button
P.L.U.R.
the scope has nothing to do with accuracy.
the accuracy is part of the models i believe, and yes, it's been done, search button newfag.
No accuracy is in attributes.rez.
Models control fire rate, reload speed and draw speed to a certain extent.

My theory was better. The game reads the code inside the .LTB file, and automatically matches it up with the part in the attributes.rez\weapons.txt. So if you change the hex to exactly match the other one, it matches up with a different file.
liquid dont teal that idea i tld u about k?
why dont we also mod the draw speed?
...which can be done by changing the models...
Changing models = RoF. Nothing else. the Anibases control animations, reloading, drawing the weapon, the jolt when it shoots. Not the model.
Take a p90 then and change it to a skorpion. It will reload much faster. Same with draw speeds. Though I suppose it might be, cause I'm not to good at modding.
Lies and slander. See, your not sure. D:
Oh well. But isnt anibase in GUNS_M_PV.rez? Which is the file that controls the models?
