I'm kinda forced to stream because my shit internet is like 4 down 1 up. it takes like 40 min to dl one 21 min 720p ep (yeah i know). I can sacrifice the perfect quality to save 40 min of waiting. not to mention cheap parents who don't want to upgrade speeds top kek

also I don't have the most time in the world due to school so I'm stuck with streaming until college where they have decent to okayish internet.

Internet is the one thing that can force someone to stream, though your quality is going to be 360p at most. I would honestly just download over night or do something else during it, and watch after.

no I have like 2 hrs/day at most mostly using it for school work and shit, and I can't leave my computer running during the night. If I try downloading and doing something at the same time (playing a game etc), I can't because it takes all the bandwidth leaving me with ~300 ping (again 4/1 speeds 2 gud 4 me). so meh, I would torrent if I could but streaming is kinda my way. I have my phone so I can still stream 720p while I'm not on my pc, so I guess it works out in the end

Idk if you're retarded to think everyone has good internet, you should know that internet isn't free and some people can't afford "good" internet.
Watching while downloading would be a good option for those with bad internet. It'd be like streaming but without the annoying ads and overall, a better quality.

Secondly, watching while downloading the file would save you those 30 seconds you use to wait. After you're done watching you just delete the file or transfer it.
I mean, why would you wait 30 seconds and then watch the episode rather than doing it right away when you can?

Anyways, OP clearly asked for a streaming website so I just included my suggestion. I'm not here to argue.
