    What coding language should I learn?

    What is the best coding language to make cheats for CS:GO and Garry's Mod? I have no background coding knowledge.

    C++ is the best for everything just need to have the knowledge.

    C++ would be what you're looking for, but do not dive straight into it, as it is an advanced programming language.

    I suggest you start with VB.net/Visual Basic, and go from there.
    It is a good language to get your feet wet.

    Try learning Python before C++, it's much easier and the language makes your life easier lol.

    I recommend going straight into C++

    Google tutorialspoint, that is great resource to learn for free
