No,because bp and play cash data is saved on a individual server and not in the game,unless you can get access to the server and change your bp value

Yes have, just make a farm exp with KRD like 100/0, u will receive 600 BP per macth(each macth during 30 seconds).
Or make a hack of BD, each BD give 1200 BP per match.(only can 5 BD per day.)
