You should have done this earlier but you could still try.

Call their support and tell that you didn't receive a code with your Amazon purchase and that you'd like to receive a new code because you want to play Nuk3town. They'll ask for your email and you can get a code.

Family sharing was disabled in first week, but now it is possible. But remember: you can share only full game + dlc, not only DLCs... (check steam faq)
