Hey guys,

Lately i've heard that trump wants to do something bad to muslims, being a muslim myself im kinda spooked on the topic.
Well, since i live in Canada, I don't think much would happen, but as far as i've seen where ever the US goes Canada isn't far behind.
So well, I am in the middle of high school, and even my teachers are relating trump to adolf hitler, and thats kinda scary, as I have heard that trump doesn't really like my religion.
So, do you think I have anything to worry about? or am I just paranoid that there might be a new hatred to my religion, that will be taken into extremes...

Your teachers are stupid. Hitler had a division of Muslim SS Soldiers but they wouldn't dare teach you actual history. There is literally no comparison to be made here, it's like when Conservative talk show hosts try to compare Obama to Hitler, it's equally stupid and outrageous based off complete and utter ignorance.

That being said, you have nothing to worry about because all Trump is doing is making outrageous statements to stay in the spotlight. As with all recent Presidents and Presidential candidates, as well as all Congress, and Senators i might add, they do a campaign based on bullshit that appeals to a voter base and then when they get in they do nothing they campaigned on. It's the way shit is right now, surprised anyone still buys any of the hype bullshit that spews out the mouths of Politicians.
