NInjato left click is a sideways slash and right click is like 2 slashes. 1 hit kill if u already hit them with left click. it's pretty cool, but only nx

EDIT: i was just playing a knife battle with it and i pwned a super m9 guy with it!
My method is to go around them and knife. Especially with the right click attack. I landed 2 right clicks on him and he died. Timing is harder though.. :O

Damage is stored in attributes.rez. U can't mod it unless u crack it. Damage isn't changed, but there are 2 slashes in the right click. Each 1 does the damage of one normal m9 right click. Basically, u need one right click and a left click to kill the guy
