profile problem

i cant enter my profile control panel. it says:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

well. i checked my email, nothing is there. plz help.

Account was activated on 03-15-2015 so that is not it. When you click Settings you see that error?

yes, when i try to edit my profile picture.
it show that message

i also cant put pictures in my posts for same reason. i think i am missing some permissions <not been set yet to me>

You need to save the picture to your PC and then upload it, some links, probably due to the second problem as work, do not work when attempting to use them as profile or avatar pictures, I myself have that problem. As far as not being able to post image links, that is due to your post count as stated here.

but about profile pic. the problem is still there.

so tech, i cant even access the page. due to that, i cant upload any picture

That is odd... I'll mention it to the site owner. What about Edit Avatar , can you reach that page?

yes i can enter and edit avatar.
but not profile pic

Site owner asks if you can take a screenshot of the error page you get when you click Edit Profile Picture. @Hellitself
