Exclude your complete Steam Folder include all subdirectories from your eset32 or another antivirus and you should not become an error...

^I used spinbot get kicked by this reason and i tried what you said and still get kicked after 30 mins of playing whitout hacks.

Thank you.. Sadly i realise this thing is here, just seconds after i left game.. Lol. What a stupidity. Valve should give you more then 3 stupid minutes, it's nothing... I can't restart PC sooo damn fast.
