A very bad malware.

It is use with other malwares or viruses to hinder or block the antivirus scanners from finding it.

It pretty much means it is a stealth malware, rather then go around munching on your PC, it slowly does and hides, taking it sweet ol'time. Sense it does that with encryption and other things to hide and block antivirus programs, you'll never know unless for a while when it does major damages or plain lucky.
