you cant physically change the rate of fire to what u want, it comes at random with model switches, some take affect some dont,

Thats what i'm talking, although most have been done. I hate how teh damage and such is client side, but i guess if it was in the game files it would ruin the game. I mean making skins is bad enough...

yes, u can swap other guns to other things, and ROF don't change, so it was technically luck
