From my knowledge the only way you can get banned is if you publicly abuse or are reported by people. GTAV doesn't scan your memory for hacks I don't believe.

the same assumption was made when scripthook got detected. its safer to wait it out and see what happens.

People not get banned due to R* scanning and find script hook

the maker of script hook put code in there which report to R* what mods you using, that why people got banned. R* never has yet scanned files, memory or anything

Yes, its 14750 to 15000 each bag, random number, me and Jordan787 use these sort of size money bags and we not get ban yet.

And no, R* anti cheat is all on R* servers, they are getting the information but just not acting on it yet :/ dont know why

Well, I'm banned till December 25th. I was banned the day the update was out.

that's not good I got banned before the update well before last update I should say, I was banned for 15 days pffff but it said I interfered with another players game the funny thing is I did not use any script up until that point but I did have script hook so I believe it was that, that had got me banned

It depends on how you use the mods too I think, If you want money, spawn it in a secret location and I personally would spend it immediately after you receive it. If you are one of those modders who gives money to the whole server or the guy that kills and traps everyone with mods, you are going to get banned. Also if you are afraid you will get banned, I would buy 10 or 20 adders and customs them fully at LSC and store them, then when you want, you can sell them to get "legit money"

I got banned only for a month basically i spawned in bout 15 mill so yeah

I got banned until January 19th. Selling moonbeams for 500k each. Doing the same heists i have already done 500 times over gets old after a while. As for shark cards well rockstar can stick those sideways.

Me too I got banned until january 19th 2016 after using a jordan's mod menu 1.0 for patch 1.31 after only 3 minutes of games!
Rockstar now is detected .DLL Injectors, apparently a new ban wave has started yesterday..
