portable EXE file, coded in VB, just blocks the valve EU eas and russian servers.

This program blocks all russian and eu east servers. thats it.

To fix it if blockrussia is not added to the firewall: Run as admin.

All this program does is block the russian server via the firewall

This works by blocking all Russian and EU east servers, that's it. There is no way you can get banned at all from it, but if the Russians are sneaky, they might join an eu west server
