I don't really like the contrast, its not really appealing to my eyes because the combination of colour have somewhat no synergy with each other and I find that certain effects (the random circle shapes) do not match the render and background. Good effort though, you are new I presume and that is okay!

Yellow doesn't really fit the color scheme
The flow is crazy screwed up because of how you did things
The brush work is also chaotic
The C4D was decently placed and utilized
I'd like to see smaller canvas's
Try to work on flow as well
