Anyway to open a webm. on safari/chrome without downloading it ?

Something called "Player xTreme" on the app store. Sounds like a joke and / or a scam but its actually quite a nice well rounded app. Just copy the WEBM url / link into the "open URL" section of play videos when you open the app. It will play and you have the option for sound and subtitles (if available)
