How fast should eggcrack beable to run the usernames and passwords bye each other?

I would say it would run fine, it just depends on how fast your internet connection and proxies are

I do about 250k checks in 8 hours at 4Mbps and I have an OP PC (better than yours, but PC doesn't matter that much). So I'd say pretty fast. Just depends on your proxies.
