It has nothing to do with win/loss. I'm pretty sure it selects random competitive game if you've been reported on casual/dm or the game you've been reported in competitive.I know it was something like 5 competitive reports or 10 casual/dm reports and you go to overwatch,not sure tho that was long time ago

I'd expect them to take the ones with the most kills in your match history or similiar, depending on ranking of the enemy team and many many other factorss, altough none of this has been proven (AFAIK Publicly).

After u raged in Casual, you should not play competetive right after having rank 3, because of the reports in casual you will be forced in OW case.
Doesn't depend if you lose or win, it depends on the reports, if you get reported from 5 people you will be in OW case.

Watch some CSGO overwatch videos in YouTube like stupid hacker or silver hacker, dumbest hacker ever...
They are watching through walls but are just totally bad. They also lost the game but it's still in the Overwatch case so probably win/loose doesn't effect the chances to get you into Overwatch case.

I have never seen any suspect in an Overwatch case or a video with an Overwatch case where suspect gets kicket yet...
