i think you should change all numbers in the .ini file under [ESP Friendly] to 0. that's how i disabled ESP for items. give it a try

i dont think theres any way. thats why the dev keeps releasing a new version regularly to avoid from getting detected so easily.

I got permanently untrusted I was making it obvious that I was hacking for the fun of it. So just keep the aim settings the same and don't change them to like AFK 360 headshot 1 deags. And you should be fine. Although It doesn't say I am Vacced so I have no idea :P
