Try telling them that you got keylogged and that the person who keylogged you sold your account to someone else.

Nope, they are pretty strict now. I see "third party selling" on your mail, seem like you bought APs from those FB guys. Which i did the same, and get banned. They won't lift the case, but good lucks bro.

I didn't buy AP from FB guys or something.. this acc is originally not mine.. i traded my acc with this one and then got this email. They probably detected 2 IP's exchanging each other's accounts.
