A few suggestions, if I may...

1. Disable Rapid-Fire for No Spread. Make that it's own option.
2. Add a "toggle key" for the more advanced users that would like to stay hidden! Aka Hold Z for aimbot to be activated. If Z isn't held, no aimbot.

I think PB has been disabled for CoD4 so this game has no anti cheat and the hack can't be detected.

I don't think this is true. If you search up "cod4 punkbuster ban list" in a Search Engine, first link is the one I used. Punkbuster is still enabled, only on PunkBuster Enabled Servers of Course.

Anyways, I use this, and it's very good. I do have a suggestion to add to the Hack, which would be Silent Aim and/or to control where the Aimbot aims on the target.

When you join any server now, it says "Punkbuster disabled" and then it still joins the server. So, you can't be banned by "PB" anymore. But you can be banned by an admin

No, you are just banned from his server. You can play with PB detected hacks without getting banned form secured servers.

If it is crashing your game just inject it then wait a little bit before tabbing into cod4. Also wait till the little blue spinning icon next to your mouse is gone.
