I do not understand why people are having issues. Since COD 4 PB doesn't detect well using cheat engine, use cheat engine to inject it. Open Cheat Engine --> Click the flashing old computer --> Select iw3mp.exe --> Click Memory View (it doesn't matter if you are in a game or not, preferably join a server before injecting this.) --> Click Tools on the top --> Inject DLL --> Select the hack, EZ.
Honestly, it just depends on what OS you're using, do you have .NET Framework, etc.

I guess I can also explain to you what each hack does.
AutoAim
AutoShoot - Both of these 2 are self explanatory
FOV - In simple terms, think of it as the detection ratio of where an enemy pops up.
- Low FOV = More legit but bit longer to lock on to enemy.
- Medium FOV = Slightly less legit but bit faster to lock on to enemy
- High FOV = Extremely Obvious but extremely faster to lock on to enemy

AutoWall - Allows you to lock on and kill enemy's through thin walls. Works better with a perk that penetrates bullets through walls better.

ESP Options - Not going to explain it because it's self explanatory. Except for 2D Radar
2D Radar - A 2 dimensional radar that forces all enemy's to show up on an external radar on the top right corner.

No Recoil - Recoil is forced to none. Makes it SUPER easy to aim-by-the-hip without accuracy issues.
No Spread - Similar to No Recoil, except accuracy is 100% on point. Spray And Pray!

Yeah, I tried to inject it with different injectors, but everytime I am in a game or join a game, MW just crashes.

Btw, there is one massive annoyance about this hack, it's that it locks fps at 125 so you can't strafe in-game...
