No response hen clicking on Extreme Injector v3.6, it refuses to start :(

Extreme Injector v3.6 is a great injector. I've been using this to inject dll for some emergency money in GTA5.

However when I sugeested my friend to use this injecter, he describs that nothing happens when he clicks on the injector icon. He's tried uninstalling all his anti-virus and install the .net framework and c++ 2015 redistribut, but still nothing happens when he clicks on the icon. Please advice what is causing the injection not starting on his win7 x64.
