Besides everything has been said here, I would like to add, that you should concentrate on one person/character/object. Like here Mario and Luigi. Further you should have sharpened Mario (not Luigi). Otherwise I like the signature for your first time

Remove that white border or what it is, that goes inside the sig
Also, try to make sigs with ONE render.
Try to blend and add depth.
Depth adding example: blur the BG a little, so the render would look better.
