Try running the program as an administrator and possibly disabling your antivirus.

it's not a unlock all hack - as in lvl 70 prestige 10 etc, it's a hack which unlock all challenges etc. perks, attachments, camos.
you have to lvl up manually

I havent reach lvl70 yet.May I ask if I use it now,would attachments be unlocked the moment I unlock a new weapon in the future,or I have to use this tool again?

Doesn't seem to do anything? I open the game and go to barracks, ALT-TAB out of the game, open the file as Admin, press Enter and nothing happens the thing just closes after enter and nothing changes in the game, I even back out of Barracks to refresh it my rank stays the same.

Same here, Dunno why.
