Neither, they are literally the same but just with a different company selling them. You should be able to change to any AMD or Nvidia card at any time, the only limiting factor is your CPU. I would recommend the GTX 970 though.

I would get a r9 280x or a r9 390. The 970 has 3.5gb out of 4gb usable vram and you will start to see the limit of it pretty soon (even on badly optimized gaming like black ops 3 where you can't even max it out cause of the vram...using almost 7gb with my r9 390x at 2560x1080)
