Cheat Engin Vs Mod Menu

Hi everyone,


I'm kind of a newbie in the "hacking world" for GTA 5, but i was wondering if the cheat engine was better than mod menu, because i used the cheat engin to change the reward for a race so i can get how many money i wanted.

I used the tunable table , and i realy want to use the other option in this table but 'm a bit scared


SO, yeah if you can help me a little bit, and i want to apologize for my terrible english!

Cheat Engine is by far much more detectable than a mod menu. Especially with how R* is cracking down on hackers right now. I would not use Cheat Engine at ALL right now. Even mod menus are being detected so I would be very careful.

Cheat engine tables are a great way for changing tunables. A menu is more focused on ingame features like super jump etc...

Cheat engine isn't detected currently. that could easily change next update though. Pretty much everything that can be done through cheat engine scripts, can be done in a mod menu. (stuff like tunables is easy as pie to implement in a mod menu), but stuff like ASM code caving is a lot harder for most people to understand. The fact is, most who make mod menus have very little experience of actual memory editing.
