Question on Ebay Account selling

Hi guys, so my question is how can I mark as the item ( an account ) is delivered?

Afaik you're not allowed to sell accounts on eBay. I'd recommend writing the details of the account in an envelope and shipping it to the buyer. This way you can put actual tracking details for the tracking order ID

@Black What if already did lol? And marked it as shipped on Ebay as @Dakota said, how can I get the money from PayPal? Right now it says "Pending"

You wont. You are probably using a new account or one with very low feedback. Until your account reaches a certain amount of feedback (iirc it's 100) your money will always be in pending balance for 21 days. This is to avoid potential scams that may take place.
