PLEASE HELP REZ. EDITING TROUBLE

So i followed the sticky tutorial on how to Rez. edit. I extracted the rez,converted it,then i used CS3 to open it,and this is what came up Please help me

It says CS4 in the box and you said CS3. Which one is it?

Make sure you placed the plugins in the right folder.. And what file did you try opining?
You can't edit the module files..

i had the same prob, i can help u out well just do this follow the tut for phtoshop and for none photo shop users and urse redit to make the dtx file and convert to a tga file using dedit.
