banned for ban evading???

Okay! I know why my old account HackzAreFun got banned. For selling a banned account. I maked a deal with him.. Refunded. Also maked theard here about it. mpgh(dot)net/forum/showthread.php?t=1042464&highlight=HackzAreFUn
Hugo and Fantic replyed. I give them bad picture eh bad refund pic. So Fantic told me that i need to make giveaway in price of the acc.

Then there isn't a actual way to prove that you've refunded. If you can't prove that you've refunded, you'll have to do a giveaway for equal amount scammed.

And also I find it funny how when you refunded, you didn't make a staff dispute then but make one now.

I maked 2 giveaways for total 15 random steam keys...

From the proof he's given(aside from it not being moderated by a OMM and/or moderator but Fanticsteal didn't state it at the time) he should be unbanned as he did do 2 giveaway's that should be worth the amount he scammed.
