Lack of respect for trying to contribute to MPGH

I continually try to contribute to the GTAV section of MPGH with my highly popular menu known as "RipTide Force" and so far its been great but the lack of effort by @Arun's Shitstain on a) Approving threads within any reasonable amount of time b) also fowl attitude and lack of respect for myself trying to be a team player to the site. Today was a final straw for me as i had posted a thread several hours ago with a new method of GTA modding that would have been the first on the site, i continually asked him on skype if he can approve already and had replies such as "im playing garys mod" or "ill do it later" then Jordan another dev in the section whom i spoke to on skype posted his menu and within 5 minutes it was approved and he said to me "ill do yours later" when i had posted my own hours before Jordans and this is a personal attack on my self trying to get a bit out of me and because he simply does not like me i feel like my contribution to MPGH is a waste of time. Please do something about this disrespectful shit its not the first time

It may sound like a huge sook but im sure many people can tell you that he is a horribly rude staff member, all i try to do is provide content for the site and he just treats myself and others like worthless crap when im only here to try help

You have to give at least a 24 hour window for moderators to approve your thread(especially since it's the weekend and sometimes people are busy).

I'm sure he was going to approve it as soon as he could. We highly respect all contributors on this site for their time and effort given so i'm sure he wasn't pinpointing you in any way.

This is not the first time it has happened, this staff member has targetted certain people in the past.

He do it with my threads as well, I remember in the past other people's threads - which were posted at a later time than mine had already been approved yet my one hadn't.

I waited 25 hours once.

The reason I approved his before yours was because it was the first attachment in the attachment queue and I tend to go down the list when approving. I don't understand how this is a problem because I still approved yours within 2 hours of you posting.

Underlying fact is, I aprpoved his thread in 2 hours.

I'm also a former gaming squad member and former moderator on NGU.com and i know inappropriate behaviour and people with value on gaming forums when i see it i know i certainly wouldnt tolerate it and would do a great job at maintaining sections quickly and correctly. I posted another base for GTA section so members can easily craft more menus for MPGH yet another great contribution that will more than likely do nothing in my favour

Average approval time is 24 hours.
Going beyond that or below is none of your business as we all have lives outside of MPGH. You being online 24/7 waiting for the thread to be approved has nothing to do with the minion to be there. There's no such thing as persecuting someone for whatever they did. If your thread is legit and works and has all the requirements, it will get approved. If not, then it won't.
As much as you contribute to the site, the minion contributes way more + is subjected to judgement and disrespect from people like yourself so before you make a thread calling him out for not approving your thread, put that in mind.
