Black Ops 3 Multiplayer - Private Match Modding Tool
idk if you can be host and do this but yeah maybe someone can volunteer a vac ban to try.
basically if you don't want a vac use this offline (not private match)
to go offline start steam in offline mode and then start bo3 and then the first thing replace
FRLobbyLANGame
to
MPLobbyLANGame
Btw to enable godmode which makes you not glitched when going out of the map you have to set the two long description ones (SET_THIS_TO... and DO_THE_SAME...) to 0 and lock them.
