Can someone help me somehow fix my ping ?

Hello Guys -.- so actually here's my problem:

I can not play CSGO anymore normally... my ping is fucking with me hard... I did a Video on this where I explained all of it :) PLS help me. :) I hope I made this post correctly and didn't break any rules... I read the rules btw. And don't mind my shitty voice I'm sick and my voice is retarded when I'm sick. SRY for the laggs in this vid and sry sry sry... :D

Hey M8, so first of all I'm using LAN internet... WIFI with cable (god xDD ) second of all i did install Assassin's Creed 2 some days ago... but no programs at all...

Can you please play until your ping spikes, then as soon as it does just try load a youtube video or download a big file? Because I am thinking that your network card may be overheating.

So first of all, I added you on steam, so we can talk "faster". Second: I did that and the vid did load load longer... even though it was only a bit i loaded longer.
How can i find out if it's overheating ?

And is "ping spiking" that the ping is high??

"Ping spiking" is when you have maybe 20-60 ping and it spikes up to 150+ ping And that shouldn't be happening obviously but I do agree with @Juan_NZ

Change your max Ping to 50 in game settings <3

Does this only happen in csgo, or any other games? Easiest thing to do would be to test to restart / reset your modem I have to do that every once in a while.
Have you've tried to contact you ISP, they can see on their logs if there is something wrong with your internet connection.
