Code bug. not fining \program files

I am working on a program for myself, and all that is happening is that. It is being run as admin, and it works in the original CMD. suggestions?

nope, it isnt even fining c:\ or c:\\. i cant use " as i am in VB

i cant use copy C:\"program files (x86)"\steam\Clientregistry.blob c:\accountchanger\Clientregistry.blob in the VB code as it makes the program files part out of the command.
