How to get unbanned from Mw2 on Vac and publisher. Without Choas

Okay, Follow my steps and it might just work.
I got banned for doing mod lobbies and wall hack.
I got myself unbanned and now play regular. This made me change my mind on Hacking for now....

Requirements:
1. New Account
2. Banned Account
3. App Id Patcher (Bottom of Page)
4. Have the Game installed

Instructions:
1. Log into Banned Account on steam.
2. Go to Settings
3. Go to Family
4. On Family Sharing Click authorize this Pc
5. Log out and Log into The New Account.
6. Go to Settings
7. GO to Family
8. Authorize your pc and check mark your banned account in the list.
9. Log back in to banned Account and check mark your new account int he Family Sharing List
10. Then Finally Close steam.
11. Open Patcher Id.
12. Locate your VDF file (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\appcache\packageinfo.vdf)
13. Type MW2 ID in the ID box. (10190 - mw2 Multiplayer)(10180 - Mw2 Single Player)
14. Open Steam and Log into your new Account.
15. Play the unbanned Game. (Your Rank Resets)

Has Worked on mw2 for me.

Just wait for the file to be approved, and the AppId_Patcher can also be used to get free steam games
