CRACKED AMAZON ACCOUNTS (Pending Verification)

i refunded on an inactive cracked amazon account for $400, secured the account by changing all info, i tried ordering to my reship and i got an email from amazon saying the following:

Don't know what im doing wrong, could someone please help me and give me some advice!!

I don't think you're supposed to be changing all the info when you're trying to get replacements sent or if you're purchasing from them.

Also, if you're refunding to AGC, it's better to just transfer the AGC I think.

It's probably because you changed all the account info. You should leave it the same.

@Flengo when i leave it the same it asks for the card details, i always put a vcc and use the persons name ect on the account, then when i pay for something like $10 the processing payment screen stays on for a long time then i get error message, i go to orders and it says pending verification.
