Im 100% sure he is scamming guys , I saw steam profile of that guy and its not him, also so like 7 threaads like this with this photo of acc trying to scam so

Well, you guys do NOT proof any type of scam or him scamming, so I guess I'll buy the account from him than? (Will not go first though)
