When you JUST start up combat arms, don't do anything. Just start in fireteam without going into an elim, elim pro or anything else. It'll work then. P.S. Your gonna be auto banned.

weird, I was telekilling and superknifing the whole game and got 1020 kills and didnt get banned. Probably going to ghost now on to avoid decoys
