Weird ass computer virus

I recently was trying to acquire Sony Vegas Pro through illegitimate methods. I came across what I believed to be a trustworthy source and began the download. When I started the installation a couple of random windows popped up with loading bars. This of course raised many red flags and I stopped immediately. With just a glance I saw that it had made itself a admin, disabled user control, and disabled all antivirus(Windows firewall, AVG, and ccleaner).This is what happens when I open up windows defender. The virus has also blocked any webpage that has to do with virus support or anti malware software; when i try to access such sight one of 2 things pop up:

It also periodically plays audio only adds and when it plays them it blocks volume mixer so i can't see which program is making the ad. What the hell do I do!?!?!?!? I am only asking on this forum because I am active here and Microsoft and other forums that help people with viruses have that "internal server error".

Sounds real nasty, probably ran a booby trapped executable which turned out to be a trojan. Personally I've never come across anything like this but the first thing I would do is try to run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Depending on how aggressive whatever you have is you may not be able to run it. Best thing to do would be to grab Chameleon which is designed to force MBAM to be installed:

Download Chameleon from the link above. Unzip the contents to a folder in a convenient location.
Follow the instructions in the included CHM Help File or, if the help file will not open, simply try to run the files by double-clicking on them one by one until one of them remains open, then follow the onscreen instructions

system restore to before installing the virus, last resort is back up your important stuff if you haven't already and reset PC

btw, kickasstorrents is a trusted source, try getting a verified torrent there

I've been torrenting for like 9 years and I've never got a bad virus (one that made me freak out and have to reset my computer).
Mind giving me the info from where you got this (in DM preferably)?

Thanks guys I had to boot into a troubleshoot menu to restore because the virus would crash the restore software ever time I tried, I'm all good now. Its just that the torrent had 4600+ seeders so I thought it was good, thanks for helping. Can be closed now

Seeding doesn't mean trustworthy, if you're on TPB make sure there's a purple/green skull next to the torrent releaser and if you're on KAT make sure you look for the green crown next to the torrent. Those signify that they're verified.
