When posting a new topic, click Manage Attachments (below the typing box), then a new Window pops up, click Open File, select your winrar file, then click Upload, and wait for it to show up in your attachments list

I dont think you can post any attachments if you havent verified it, else it is there, under the "blue box" Additional Options.

You need to open your NAT.
in order to know you router Ip. go to run , write cmd. write ipconfig in an open black window and press enter. Look for default gateway. the Ip adress of default gateaway should be you router IP.

Then enter that in your web browser, login to your Modem, customize your nat type to open.
