A hook is a file that will allow you to use mod menu offline and/or online but lot of hooks are detected in online..
You can not obtain one, it's private.. Peoples who created these hooks want to keep them private.

Understandable. So I need to understand how to make such a hook I guess. But with this scripthook it wil work, but I would be detected is that right?

Unless you are strong in programming and I do not think you can create one by yourself ..
scripthook is detected which means it does not even work online but offline I think you can use it without any problems, I've never tested this "scripthookv".
