well thats cause im new to vb and i havent realy learned how to compress all the files into one, and the code i had for opening it from the same folder your exe's in didnt work. oh btw you do need to extract it you turd or else you wouldnt have been able to upload it, because you need to extract it from the .zip/.rar that you uploaded it in

Edit: Does anyone know where to get the dtx format for GIMP? I don't use Photoshop.

to do it with gimp your gonna have to use the dedit style modding, and yes you do need to extract the rez files hes not that advanced, either way hes a noob who copied my program in hopes for thanks and his actually looks worse then mine, and if you have an issue with mine or wanted to copy it why didn't you just edit my actual vb project file i posted

1st its DEdit.exe not DeEdit.exe *face-palm*
2nd it doesn't really work
3rd you didn't give credits or at least say that you didn't make the editing programs
4th how does it work if you don't need to extract the programs, i don't have the programs on this computer so how can it run them... smart ass
