wServer Crashing on Phoenix Source

Recently, I downloaded and set up a Pserver using the Phoenix Source. But, after I tried to add a new item, wServer began crashing. I removed the item from "Addition.xml", but wServer still continued to crash. I saw one of the errors was "Unable to locate "C:\Windows\System32\news.txt", so I copied "news.txt" from the root folder into System32, still crashing. (And before someone tells me, I have changed the comma in "Regions and Languages" to a period, it didn't fix the problem).

Nvm, I fixed the problem by redownloading the source.
