I can be easily triggered by video games, but I just end up slamming my desk and I never actually broke any equipment. Depends on how you deal with frustration and anger.

That isn't what we're really talking about. To get upset at a video game is one thing, but to actually break your own equipment over a fucking loss in CS:GO is another.
If your way (not specifically you, but people in general) of dealing with anger is by destroying your keyboard, you need to see a therapist.

Last saturday I broke my mouse of 2 years because I couldn't beat this surf map. When it comes to the game itself, quit playing matchmaking. Play esea/faceit/cevo on 128 tick servers and then try and complain about the registry.

The guns aren't unbalanced, you just can't aim.

1-2 keyboards
2+ headphones/headsets

Even though I try to quit the game I always come back sooner or later, I can't quit the game, but when people are salty and bottomfrags I get extremely mad which often ends in me breaking something. And the damn fucking 64 tick..
