Liz's looks more natural. Its sharper and skin tone is retained.

For the OP i suggest you work on maintaining skin tone.

well yes i just learned this stuff and was just making a simple improvement, never worked on more sharpening and didnt add any extra makeup and what not i was having issues on the first one but on the second one i dont like liz's remake cus it seems to be more fake around the eyes in my opinion doesnt fit
