I Just Made An Edit Of A .dat Files For Unturned And i Go To Post It And I Got It All Ready Like All The Malware Scans And Such And Then I Hit Post And it Says Im Not Allowed To Post Links?

After 24 hours you aren't able to edit your post.

Also, for the not being able to post links part it's because you must reach "Member Level 1"(Get past 10 posts) which you have already gotten to post any kinds of links.
