Can't delete/unsubscribe threads

Hi

I have been trying to unsubscribe some old threads from my UserCP. When I select the threads and then select 'Delete Subscription' from the options, I press the Go button.

However those threads still show in my list of subscribed threads...

Yeah, it's an MPGH cache issue. :/
