This is one of the easiest bugs in the game to gather resources really fast without having to get 1000 crowbars & axes, you can simply just chill in front of the car and click like an idiot.

Seems that mouse recorders and macro's doesn't work in H1Z1 anymore, I don't think it's possible to do this without having a mouse recorder for FPS games.
