I used this hack 4 days ago just to get Prestige 20 level 80, all emblems and all weapons with gold camo, still not banned . Just do your stuff on the barracks, disable that cinema mode, and don't abuse with the hack on public games, so you won't get banned . 12/8 would hack again. -IGN
