Good Antivirus Software?

Whats wrong with Norton? my school computer uses that .

It will remove things that are not malicious(because they 'seem' suspicious) and will not give you the choice before it does.

Common sense is a pretty good anti-virus against hackers.

But is it common sense to leave yourself unprotected?

I'd recommend ESET 9, and Malwarebytes. I've been running both for two years now.

Of course not, but no anti-virus will help if you're downloading random files and going on suspicious websites.

All I use is.... Windows Defender in Windows 10... Cos oh its good, not as good as any other out there, but gets its job done.. However most likely Malwarebytes.

Malwarebytes isn't an antivirus, it's more like a second layer of protection giving a second opinion.
You need to have (well, really should) an Antivirus alongside Malwarebytes for the best protection.

Had some fucking weird "virus" type of bullshit on my computer which gives these weird ad pop ups even when you have adblock enabled. So, downloaded that and it removed it <3

Yeah, it can be very useful. I recommend you getting Bitdefender, Kaspersky or ESET (you can torrent all of these).

I use my antivirus software on weekdays, so it's alright.

Being serious now, Malwarebytes isn't an antivirus (kind of), it's a software that gives a second opinion, it might pick things up that your antivirus might miss.

But OT: As most people said, I suggest ESET. It's a great anti-virus to use all year round.
